O3 Baseball is a professionally run baseball organization based in Peoria, IL, led by experienced coaches and former players who are dedicated to providing the best environment for player development. Training out of The Yard, O3 offers year-round opportunities including a full off-season training program, optional fall baseball, and a competitive spring and summer season with tournament play. Each player receives a full uniform package, access to additional lessons and camps, a membership to The Yard facility, and is supported by a knowledgeable, paid coaching staff focused on individual and team growth.
TRAINING PROGRAM
The off-season training program is designed to give athletes a complete development experience. Led by a professional coaching staff, training is done in small groups to ensure individual attention and growth. Players work on defensive skill development, hitting, pitching, and team fundamentals, with an added focus on arm care. Technology is a key part of the process, with tools to collect data and metric numbers, and tracking days to monitor player progress and performance. The off-season at O3 is structured, detailed, and built to prepare athletes for a successful year on the field.
RECRUITING & PREPARATION
O3 Baseball is committed to guiding players and families through the college recruiting process. Our experienced staff offers individual meetings to help players identify the right college fit, develop a personalized plan, and understand key steps in the recruiting timeline. We actively communicate with college coaches at the NCAA Division I, II, III, JUCO, and NAIA levels to advocate for our players and provide honest evaluations. Information for building highlight videos and player profiles to navigating showcases and campus visits, O3 Baseball supports every step of the journey to help athletes find the best opportunity to continue their academic and baseball careers.
